Two students will receive scholarships:
One senior from Nandua High School
One senior from other Eastern Shore Virginia or Tidewater high schools
Student will be college or trade school bound
Concentration of the criteria will be based on Carla's talents and values
Donation each year to a selected Special Education Department of an ESVA school and Kempsville Middle School for classroom needs
